Dream Homes, La Jolla - By Guest Stylist Jenifer Brizendine Logan

Fellow blogger and connoisseur of all things stylish, Jenifer Brizendine Logan grew up traveling around the world from a very young age. School in Italy, school in Japan and modeling in Milan. She has a sharp eye for photography and ALL things design related (check out her blog the distribution channel). Part bohemian and part real estate guru, today we are lucky enough to have her as our guest blogger sharing the spectacular homes in sunny La Jolla California she has access to everyday.

Many thanks to “The Style Collective” trio for inviting me as their guest.

Let me share with you what I know best-Real Estate in La Jolla, CA. Over the past 8 years I’ve had the opportunity to be a “nosy looky-loo” in the homes of the wealthy seaside community commonly referred to as “The Jewel”. When I’m not busy pushing paper here in the office, I’m out in the field seeing what the market has to offer.

Here are just a few of my all time favorite listings we’ve had the pleasure of representing here at Cher Conner & Assoc.
I feel they are the perfect representation of La Jolla homes.

939 Coast Blvd #17A

Gorgeous custom cabinetry, designer ceilings, handmade wallpaper, custom lighting and top-of-the-line appliances. Loving the floor-to-ceiling windows and the dining room chandelier! Cocktails and cards anyone?

5951 La Jolla Mesa Drive

I’m a sucker for a converted space- This space gets my creative juices flowing. Loving the dark chocolate colored walls.

8070 La Jolla Scenic Drive North-The Ultimate Modern Masterpiece.

Kitchen: Pulp (www.pulpstudio.com) glass slab back-splash with fiber optic lighting behind. Master Bath: Crema sentra slabs with crystal glass tile walls and Lacava freestanding tub and custom wenge cabinets. Pool: Cultural brick chiseled porcelain tile on Jacuzzi water wall at the salt water pool. Chiseled porcelain coping and on the pool “stepping stones” mixed with crema sentra limestone. Cannonball!!

6106 Camino De La Costa

8" poured-in-place concrete construction complemented by teak and a double thick copper roof.Floating staircase of concrete and teak in the rotunda lead to the Oceanside master suite. Fit for a King and Queen.

The grand finale, we aren't allowed to disclose too much information on this house but it's currently the priciest house on the market in La Jolla, the photos speak for themselves...

It's been fun sharing with you. Don't want to overstay my welcome so I am signing off for now!
