Good Karma

There is nothing more inspiring then style with a conscious.

It's hard to imagine with all the abundance around us there are still children in this world that are growing up without shoes. At play, school and work these kids are at risk of disease and of missing the opportunity to pursue an education because they can't afford the shoes that their school uniform requires. No school = no education = a lost opportunity to reach their potential.

TOMS shoes (my newest obsession) is on a mission to change this. Founder Blake Mycoskie created the company on the premise that with ever pair of shoes purchased, TOMS would give a pair of new shoes to a child in need. His newest line, Tiny TOMS is the most adorable version of his classic slip-on and they are flying off the shelves at Neiman Marcus where the line is exclusively distributed. The best part? The shoes are stylish and comfortable for the little ones and you can buy them knowing you are making a difference. I can't think of a better way to teach our kids about the power of giving back to benefit the greater good.
