There is just something about staying in a nice hotel that makes you feel a little more chic, a little more stylish, a bit more adventurous than you normally are. Perhaps it's the mystique of staying where no one knows you but we all seem to indulge and do things we wouldn't normally do when we check into a hotel - eat in bed, take a long bath, sleep in, and the list goes on.... (naughty!)

In NYC we may be short on space but there is no shortage of fabulous hotels. Maybe you're a Downtown type looking for something funky, decorated by Ian Schrager no doubt. Or maybe you're a theater buff and staying in Midtown is convenient and exciting. Or if you're all about shopping on 5th Avenue and soaking up culture at the museums then you can certainly find plenty of decadence Uptown.
