I'm a closet fan of Nicole Richie and have always lusted after her extensive vintage jewelery collection. The next best thing may just be 'House of Harlow 1960', her collaboration with jeweler Pascal Mouawad. The line debuted last year but it seems she's really hit her stride with the latest pieces for Fall/Winter.
